CPSX™ Expansion Joint System is an expansion joint system installed flush with the surface of the road, in the expansion joint gap, making it suitable for pedestrians to easily walk over, scooters and bicycles to cycle and motor vehicles to traverse. CPSX has been widely used in bridge expansion joints, pedestrian bridges and walkways, bridges (new construction and retrofit) and multistorey carparks.
BPNX is a two part bridge expansion joint system comprised of a high performance, impact absorbing, elastomeric polymer nosing, (PNSX), paired with Dowsil 902RCS silicone sealant, that together form a hard wearing, water tight expansion joint system for new bridge construction and rehabilitation of existing bridge expansion joints.
PNSX™ Polymer Nosing has been designed and manufactured in Australia specifically for use as a hard wearing, impact absorbing elastomeric concrete header to reinforce the edge of a concrete or asphalt bridge deck to minimise edge spalling caused by heavy and repetitive impact loads.
EVASEAL™ is a specialty flexible closed cell foam water seal that is bonded to the bridge expansion joint gap with an Australian made epoxy adhesive designed to keep water and debris from exiting the expansion joint gap.
BJXA™ Strip Seal, a robust, heavy duty, enduring bridge expansion joint system. Designed to be bolted down into the bridge deck, the BJXA™ Strip Seal has been designed for installation into new construction and rehabilitation of bridges.
BJXC™ Strip Seal, a design innovation for bridge expansion joint systems. Designed and manufactured in Australia for new bridge construction, the BJXC™ Strip Seal provides vehicles with an easy, smooth transition over the joint due to its flat rail surface.
Fosroc Nitoseal SC820
Nitoseal SC820 is a very low modulus, self-smoothing, one-part, gun applied, silicone joint sealant designed to effectively seal joints in concrete and asphalt roads, runways, carparks and pavements.
Dowsil 902RC Silicone Sealant
Australian Bridge Products have partnered with Dowsil as an ANZ distributor and are the only Australian bridge expansion joint manufacturer to offer a Dowsil warranty in Australia. DOWSIL™ 902 RCS (Rapid Cure Silicone) Joint Sealant is a self-leveling, cold-applied, rapid-cure, two-part, easy-to-install, ultra-low-modulus, 100 percent silicone rubber sealant designed to seal expansion joints that experience both thermal and/or vertical movements due to traffic loading.
